Filing Dimensions is a product that will help you to take advantage of the
developments in information technology in handling your physical or computer files.

The product shall be deployed in a local / in-house server or in a published internet server giving access to the documents to users at different locations having proper authorization to view and access the files. A document you file into Filing Dimensions may be indexed on up to 15 fields and you will be able to access the document by using any of these data or part thereof as search criteria.

The product is designed to accommodate requirement of various departments of an organization helping every one to make use of the product to the maximum extent. For example the accounts department may want to file and retrieve a voucher by financial year, book, receipt or payment, voucher number, amount of transaction, etc. whereas the personal department need to use employee code, name, joining date, designation, telephone number, etc.
